Bub Bottoms and a Blogger

Starting Monday, January 28, 2008 you can see the latest episodes of The Creative Community on Channel 21.

First up is Bud Bottoms known for his dolphin statues. You may also know him as the creator of the fountain at the foot of Stearns Wharf, or perhaps you've sat on one of his whale tail benches around town.

Then across the table is blogger Craig Smith discussing his views on the News-Press, journalism, and the Internet.

On Location on Anacapa Island

The Sunday Poets, a group of distinguished Santa Barbara authors and poets, made their first “Poets in the Park” visit to Channel Islands National Park in November, where they recited recent works about the islands at Inspiration Point on Anacapa Island. Thanks to Channel 21 Producers Jesus Estrada and Josh Figatner the readings became a special Creative Community episode . . .more
